Why create a Busting Loose coach at all?

Being a Phase 2 Player you know that your Expanded Self designs your Phase 2 Game and provides perfect support for you at all times. In that sense you don't need a coach. All you need is the Tools and you've got them already, either from a Robert Scheinfeld Busting Loose book or course, or through Cathy Chapman's Dismantling Limitations to Joy workshop.

So why do some if not most Players create a coach at all? For several reasons:

Your coach supports you in keeping up the work and maintaining clarity.
In Robert's words: "In Phase 1 of the Human Game you ran away from discomfort or tried to repress it, muffle it or make it go away. In Phase 2, you dive into the hear of it, and it takes tremendous courage, discipline and commitment, to do that, maintain the "bring it on attitude" and continue applying the Process day after day, even if you feel like giving up."

Coaching support enhances your communication with your Expanded Self .
When you create someone to be your Busting Loose coach you create the coach to be the voice of your Expanded Self. In other words, you - the Player - get an "easier" and more direct access to the advice and inspiration that supports your Game.

With coaching support, your Expanded Self can accelerate your Game so that you can reclaim more power and expand more than you would do otherwise. This is done by:

And, it's nice to have company! The Phase 2 Game can get very lonely at times as your probably create few if any at all other Phase 2 Players in your daily life. For most Players it's simply more enjoyable and fun to play the Game in the supportive company of a Coach.

To use the Mount Everest metaphor in a different way:
When you play the Phase 2 Game on your own, it's like having all the most necessary equipment and choosing to climb it alone.
When you create a coach, it's like getting extra equipment and the ongoing support from someone who in the Illusion has climbed ahead of you, and can encourage you and guide you based on her/his more expanded perspective and experience.

It doesn't mean that one way is better than the other - these are simply different experiences

Different programs provide different support

Generally speaking you can create three different types of coaching support

General inspiration

These are more or less passive support forms, such as the H-Blog, the Initiate Discourses or Daily Inspirations. They all provide you with profound and valuable material to work with on your own, although without the benefit of direct support and interaction with a coach.

On-demand support (forum/email)

On demand support can be created through H-Silver forums/email or the forums included in the Emerald editions of the home studies. It brings an invaluable opportunity to create immediate written support for your journey as needed. The invaluable part is everything described above - all the ways coaching support enhances your busting loose journey.
Notice that the above does not apply to unattended Busting Loose From The Money Game forums - they do not provide coaching support.

Transformational support (telephone sessions and retreats)

This is the ultimate support in that it can reach you on a much deeper level than the support you can create through written questions and answers.
With writing it is inevitable that much remains unexpressed, both in your question and in the answer you create.
In a real time spontaneous conversation however you have an opportunity to express and recognize your feelings and thoughts directly, as they are right now. As you express them you can create a much deeper communication with yourself, which your coach then can support even more through additional questions to you.
The feedback you create through a communication like that will reach you and engage you on a deep emotional and intuitive level. In effect, a busting loose coaching session or retreat can serve as a transformational process by itself.

Transformational support can be created through the following programs:

Different coaches provide different support

The above statement is kind of self-explanatory, but then, if you have power in beliefs related to authority figures, when confronted with a choice you may create yourself thinking: "Since Robert Scheinfeld is the founder of the Busting Loose model, isn't it best to have him coach me?"

Well, the truth is that the real founder of the Busting Loose model are you! - your Expanded Self that is. You create it all - both the model and Robert and me and any other Busting Loose coach that you may become aware of.

Your wisdom and creativity can express itself in all sorts of way and you have the option of creating perfect support through any coach that you feel motivated to choose.

In the illusion you'll find that while Robert's and my experiences, sharings and support for the Busting Loose journey are completely in alignment, we are created as very different personalities and are in many ways complementary: Beside the obvious fact that his expression is primarily masculine while mine is primarily feminine, we're also created with very different backgrounds in terms of culture, family structure, financial history, education, vocations, interests etc. - and that is being reflected in our expressions.

I could go into detail here but there's no need really: We remain creations of your Expanded Self and can be morphed in any way you need it. Your Expanded Self will either inspire you to work with both coaches or lead you to choose one - and will at any given time shape the coach and the coaching program in the most supportive way for you.

In short : Relax, let your Expanded Self lead you in this too, apply the Process if there's discomfort of any kind and see where it all takes you.

Choosing your coaching programs

Here too the choice is simple: it is made by your Expanded Self, and it is not really a choice - it is a creation. So you just follow the guidance of your Expanded Self and choose the  coaches and the coaching programs that you feel inspired to choose.

You don't need to make an exclusive choice at all. Generally speaking, the more support you create for yourself the better. By combining programs and coaches (as several Players have done) you create different channels, complementary expressions for your Expanded Self.

Remember, your coaches are your creations, they change and morph. It is all you, your Infinite Consciousness creating the perfect support for you, in whatever way is most suitable for you at any time.

And so, while browsing all coaching programs below simply do what you feel inspired to do. If you encounter any discomfort (for example in connection with the requested expressions of appreciation), apply the Process. When you come out the other end, do what you feel motivated to do.

Expressing appreciation and how it supports you

Expressing appreciation for busting loose coaching in the form of money is a significant part of the coaching dynamic. First of all, it is a way of expressing appreciation towards yourself as the Creator of your Phase 2 journey as such and of the highly valuable coaching support that you create, as described above.

For most Players, some levels of the requested appreciation appear to be very challenging. This is in fact very supportive too. It provides an opportunity to stretch significantly and becomes a powerful way of increasing and expressing your commitment towards yourself and your Phase 2 journey.

Remember, Phase 2 Game is not a survival Game: you are not in danger and you are not dependent on coaching support. Phase 2 is a Game of challenge, stretching and expansion. Challenging, stretching and expanding your appreciation of coaching support is an immensely valuable option. Generally speaking, the more stretching it takes, the more value you will create for yourself through coaching support.

Also, if you feel so moved you have an opportunity to expand by expressing more appreciation than requested. The article about appreciation and expansion explains that in more detail.

And as always, whatever discomfort gets created is but an opportunity to apply the Process and thus expand.

Busting Loose, Tantra and Kama Sutra

In one of his discourses Robert Scheinfeld speaks of sexuality from a
Phase 2 perspective.

Clearly, whatever sexual limitation you experience in Phase 2 is
like everything else an opportunity to use your Phase 2 tools.
However - like with poetry and music - you
can also play with Phase 1 tools - such as Tantra (a path that
combines sexuality and spirituality) and Kama Sutra (ancient sexual
techniques) and use them from a Phase 2 perspective as a creative
way of expanding your sexual relationships, play and joy.

Interestingly, just a few weeks before that discourse, I was
invited to participate in a brand new membership site called
"Sexy Spiritual Relationships". The site is founded by Pala Copeland and Al Link, a mature couple who, as I create them, have a profound knowledge and experience
with Tantra and Kama Sutra and also have a very nice, natural,
open way of sharing it. I very much appreciate the way they
"balance" sex and spirituality, body and light, pleasure and love.

This could become a very special opportunity to share and expand
your Body, Sexuality and Relationship Game from a Phase 2 perspective.

As for my role there: I'm not sure yet how exactly I will
contribute- it's a brand new creation and we'll see how it unfolds.
Offering Phase 2 coaching related to Relationship and Body Game is
an obvious option but I haven't worked out the details yet. Will
let you know - or maybe you will let me know? :-)
