This article is written for and will only make sense to Phase 2 Players - it is those who have studied Robert Scheinfeld's Busting Loose material and are using the Phase 2 Tools.
Appreciation and Expansion
As explained in the article on appreciation, every time you express appreciation you create an opportunity to
- Appreciate yourself as the Creator
- Appreciate the creation
- Support your Phase 2 journey by stretching
- Create more value from the creation that you express appreciation for
- Expand!
Coming from Phase 1, it may be quite difficult to fully get that you really express appreciation towards yourself and not the created recipient in the Illusion.
Once you begin to get it and reclaim enough power from the belief that "the cheaper the better", your motivation and joy at every opportunity for expressing appreciation grows stronger.
And therefore - as I created Arnold Patent to show me - setting a limit on how much appreciation can be expressed towards yourself is in fact creating limitation. It makes no sense.
There are different ways to approach this. One is creating some very high levels of requested appreciation, such as in Robert's Diamond program, in which the requested expression of appreciation is being doubled (as compared to the Emerald program) without additional "benefits" in the Illusion.
Another is creating opportunities for expressing additional appreciation beyond the requested, at any level.
At the present moment I feel motivated for the latter, and so decided to create such opportunities for those of my coaching clients and visitors that feel motivated to take advantage of them to any degree they feel motivated to do it.
And it really is about your motivation. There is no right and wrong in this. If you feel motivated to express additional appreciation towards yourself this way, then this is perfect support for yourself. If you don't at this moment then there's perfect support in that. If you experience discomfort at either option, apply the Process and see where it takes you.
As always, it's not about what you do in the Illusion, it's about how it supports your Phase 2 journey, and what opportunities you create for

- Playing with and experiencing your Infinite Abundance.
