Reflections and inner experiences, introducing the Busting Loose model

3 most important things for a human being?

“What is in your opinion 3 the most important things for a human being?”. I’ve been asked this question. And my answer? First, I went completely blank. I know why. It’s because I believe that every human being and every human journey is different. How would I know what’s the most important 3 things for anyone else but me?

But then I couldn’t help pondering it after all. In case there were such 3 most important things (and we will never know, will we?) what would that be? Well?

I’m pretty sure about the first one: It is to experience the human existence as such. You may say it’s obvious - and it is - but there is also a deeper truth to it. If you view us as Consciousness having a human experience, then experiencing as such is in fact the ultimate priority. From that level we already are Consciousness, Love, Wisdom, Abundance - the new and exciting thing is to be here and having all kinds of human experiences. Experiencing the illusion of a physical universe, the illusion of separation, the illusion of limitation… Experiencing what is.

I suppose that the other most important thing would be to experience those specific things that we’ve come for. This which some call your mission and purpose. While I respect that there is such a grand design behind every human journey, this is not something that I speculate about at all. I know every life is a perfect expression of its mission and purpose by design.

The third most important thing? I’d say: To be yourself. Of course, you cannot be anything but yourself. So that too is happening all by itself.

As you can see, in my world the most important things are taken care of from behind the scenes and are there by design. They don’t require any additional effort. You and I experience our human existence, according to a plan we don’t need to know, being who we already are. By doing so we fulfill our 3 most important goals so to speak. If you go deeper into this, you’ll find thousands of reasons to love yourself for who you are, love your life for what it is, love each and every experience exactly as is.

Life is not a problem to be solved

“Life is not a problem to be solved, but a mystery to be experienced.” Eckhart Tolle is being quoted for that. And Buddha. And several others. Some say “a mystery to be experienced”. Others say “a mystery to be lived”. And there’s also this version: “The real mystery of life is not a problem to be solved, it is a reality to be experienced.”

It’s a wonderfully inspiring sentence, don’t you find? There’s a deep resonance here to the truth most people know deep within even if they tend to forget it most of the time.

So why do most people (including those with a special interest in spirituality) live their lives as if it is a problem to be solved after all? Because, even if they know (intellectually or even intuitively) that it is a mystery to be experienced, they do feel it is a problem. They fear that if they don’t solve the problem proactively, they will be in deep, deep trouble. And maybe they will.

How many people have the courage to simply allow the problem to be and to experience what is unconditionally? How many people have so much faith in their intuitive truth that they are ready to experience anything - anything! - including that which they fear the most?

Very, very few.

The beauty of the busting loose work is that while it enables you to experience - and enjoy! and appreciate! and love! - anything, it also provides you with a set of tools that make it possible for you to make the transition from problem-solving to experiencing, being and loving. It is not something that happens overnight. It takes a few years, typically. And fortunately. Moving from the complexity and struggle of problem-solving into the simplicity and peace of being is a miracle in itself. The longer it takes, the more wonderful is the experience.

Coaching sessions by phone

If you have felt that you do have “fearless questions” for me but would prefer a personal conversation with me rather than writing then your wish has just come true. And mine! :-)

It is my great pleasure to announce, that I now offer coaching by phone.

As you may know, I’ve been coaching busting loose students for a while now, but I feel that at this time I am also able to expand my work in other directions, so that those who are not interested in busting loose still can benefit from my insights, experience and inspiration.

I’m looking forward to this new chapter in my life - and maybe
yours. Here’s the link again:

Fearless Life Coaching

As promised, the Fearless Questions and Answers site is now officially open! In essence it’s a life coaching site - a place where you can ask questions and get profound and unique answers (which is why an expression of appreciation in the form of money is requested).

Eventually, the site will also offer an e-book with a collection of essential life coaching answers. In fact, if you submit a question and it gets accepted, you’ll get the ebook free as soon as it’s published.

Fearless Questions and Answers

Which is why I invite you to join the Fearless Questions and Answers Mailing List here even if you don’t have any question in mind right now.

As a thank you gift you for signing up you will receive a very special story (both fiction and non-fiction) titled: “Where Do You Go? A Story on Preferences, Spirituality and the Golden Path Home”. It is of great value and has the potential to blow your mind and set you on a completely new journey - or create crucial support on the path that you’re on already. It’s just 6 pages - and you may want to read them again and again.

A bit of a background: As a natural consequence of my commitment to the Busting Loose path I have had the pleasure of offering Busting Loose coaching since fall 2006. Recently I realized that it is also possible to share some aspects of the busting loose insights in a broader context, so that those who are not interested in the radical busting loose transformation still can benefit from the busting loose truth and integrate it in their journey.

I’m looking forward to working in a new way and sharing in new journeys! :-)
