About me... and how going with the flow took me from emotional and financial struggle to living a fulfilling, joyful life on my own terms...
Was that luck?...
I’m one of those “lucky people” who, having a pretty rough childhood/youth embarked on a spiritual journey early - since age 19.
(I then spent 35+ years exploring learning – and then letting go of everything I learned in order to give space to my own work, based on own experience rather than external philosophy/teachings.)
Ich bin (ein) Berliner 
I was born in Berlin in 1955, spent my childhood in Poland and moved
to Denmark at 16 (not so sweet 16, back then). Today,
I’ve settled in Hornbaek - a beautiful spot at the Danish Riviera, a small town cherished by visitors from all around the world.
I also "live" on the Internet supporting and inspiring clients and subscribers on 5 continets.
Back then I found this intriguing:
When I was in my early 20s I was part of a group of people who were exploring alternative life styles – including (and that was very alternative back then) different healing modalities, energy work etc.
At the time, I found it intriguing that there were people who
could see my aura and tell me what colors were there. 
.
I was totally oblivious of why I wanted to know that but I
made an appointment with a woman that had those special abilities
anyhow. And that changed my life forever.
Not
because she told me any of the superficial stuff that I kind of
expected (this was a wise woman ). But because she
started our session with a simple question:
"What is your biggest problem in life?" she asked
Now, at that time I was immersed in countless "biggest
problems",
without being able to see what was what really. I just lived with them.
So I was totally unprepared for that question. As I was for my
response. It just came out of my mouth. I said: “My biggest
problem is that I’m not capable of
loving”. (I really said that! 
).
But it wasn't true!
Now again, this was a wise and loving woman, so she explained gently to me how this was not true, and how I was having some idealized expectations of what it is to be loving. And then she took me by the hand and helped me to move forward on my journey:
Which led me from therapy, through energy work, healing, meditation, massage, music, channeling, transformational work, awakening and finally that which I now call Flow~Integration.
And all that was, without me every planning it to be, centered around these main themes:
- Love
- Freedom
- Flow
- Vocation
- Expression
You don't have to wait another 35 years...
Anyhow, a 35+ years of inner journey and evolving can hardly be described in a few words. So I won’t be doing that!
Let me just say that during that journey I would typically
follow and practice with a teacher and then take some time on my own
and then learn from a new teacher, take some time on my own again
etc….
Until I finally got my inner connection so deeply in place that teachings and teachers and coaches became obsolete, at least in that arena.;-)
Anyhow: Throughout most of my life, while learning and developing my own perspective I also continually did some teaching, counseling and coaching. It used to be part time - today all my working hours are dedicated to this:
Supporting you in opening to more flow in your life NOW, so that you can grab the gifts life is giving you! And live as the one you are born to be! And also see it reflected as growing joy, appreciation and freedom -- in your money flow too.
And I will make sure that you get the essence of everything I've learned much faster than I got it!
If you're looking for a guru, I'll declare you your guru!
Because of the nature of my journey and also just because I am
the kind of a person I am, while absolutely standing by my expertise, I
don’t act as a "higher authority" or a guru. I am just
being me. And that means that you are free to be you as well, fully.
In that spirit, while
being open to expansive spiritual
perspectives, I work and communicate in a way that
is down-to-earth, non-judgemental, open.

My work is very much about integration — embracing and including and enjoying everything that you are, spiritually and personally. Opening to the inner flow and manifesting it as a truly fulfilling life.

Education:
Interested in, exploring and
working with various aspects of personal and spiritual growth since
1973. Meditation, psychology, therapy, astrology, healing, massage,
music therapy, and more meditation :-) with the support of among others
Sonja Leunbach, Annie Besbroda, Jytte Linstad, Anne and Phillip Neess,
Daniel Perret, Graham Bishop, Robert Scheinfeld.
Also, musical education (with expertise on improvisation) from Aarhus
University.
Work:
Started with an accounting job,
continued with computer programming for about 5 years. Since then
periods where I would have jobs as kindergarten teacher, cleaner, and
no job, while at the same time teaching and coaching IT, astrology,
music, creative living, stress prevention, and, more than anything
else, emotional, spiritual and creative liberation and awakening.
Worked as a semi-professional musician (and published a CD) and as
manager of Denmark's biggest New Age music store.
Owner of HalinaGold (since 2008), offering coaching, teaching and writing.
Creativity:
Playing music and writing since age 10 until I was 25. The following 25 years were basically dedicated to music. Since age 50 I'm back to the written word as primary creative expression. This being said, creativity is a significant aspect in everything I do, including the way I manage and grow my business.
Persona:
Born June 11, 1955 in Berlin, where I lived for a few years. Spent most of my childhood In Warsaw (Poland), until I moved to Denmark back in 1971.
Thanks to the Internet, I'm able to easily connect with
clients,
business partners and friends around the globe, especially the US.
Married and then divorced, have no children of my own.
Occasionally spending time with children in a small
kindergarten nearby (just to stay in touch with some of the best
teachers in the world :-))
I enjoy nature, movies, books, and meeting all kinds of people.
I love living, and appreciate life in all its expressions, the ordinary
as much as the extraordinary.
